(I'm writing this with the knowledge that I'm not a pro but I thought maybe I might be able to help some)
I really like what you did with this. I think that having a ref really helps and if you practice more with refs at hand to glance at then your proportions and poses will become easier giving you great results like this. Keep studying and practicing hands as well cause I see that one needs a little work. I applaud the way you made the red pop from the background but maybe you could give the bg a little more definition to maybe understand where she's at. I love the detail you put into her face and upper body though I couldn't figure out where her other hand went. Some parts to her somewhat blur together so I'm not sure if that's what you were aiming for with rest being more vague so the attentions on her face. Careful about how you position the picture so that it doesn't cut off in certain places giving it an uneven look. Oh, and are those petals I see? Nicely done but if you had added more maybe it would have looked even better. So all in all, I think you did a great job and improved!
